One of our main products is Virgin Rose Hip cold pressed unrefined oil (Rosaeglanteria). Rose hip is a rich amber coloured organic oil from the ripened fruit of the Rose hip plant.

This unique oil is unusually high in essential fatty acids and vitamin C and is widely used in the fight against dry, weathered, dehydrated skin. It works wonders on scars and is the predominant oil for treating wrinkles and premature ageing.

The other main use for Rose hip oil is in food, for example it can be used in Herbal Tea, Jams, pies, bread and ice cream amongst other things. The rose hip is grown wild and harvested by the local Lesotho villagers under our strict supervision and training.

The villagers are remunerated on a fair trade basis; each villager is paid in cash for whatever produce they can deliver to the village collection areas. We further ensure ecological practises are followed, which in turn ensures sustainable plant growth and ensures the long term income for each village included in the project.

The Lesotho Company is BCS certified, and run by qualified agriculturalists. The cold pressed unrefined oil is of the highest quality with samples for testing available upon request.

Samples required would be air freighted to destination, the containers sealed and capped with CO2 in order to maintain a fresh and air tight product.
